DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy

Chipotle Chicken is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications to Chipotle Chicken.

How to File a DMCA Notice (Notice of Alleged Infringement)

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
